David Lim is a Chinese-American actor, model, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in the Bay Area, California, he spent his youth in San Ramon playing basketball, baseball, and soccer before attending the University of California, San Diego. He graduated in 2005 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

In 2009, David signed with Ford Models and moved to Los Angeles to pursue modeling and acting. Since then, he has appeared on numerous magazine covers, in national commercials, and on TV shows including Supergirl, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Criminal Minds, Castle, 90210, and Hollywood Heights. He also had a key recurring role in the second season of ABC's Quantico.

David currently stars as a series regular on the hit CBS drama S.W.A.T., which recently premiered its 8th season.

In addition to his work in entertainment, David recently co-founded the jewelry company Maya David with his wife, Marketa. The brand reflects their shared passion for timeless design and craftsmanship.

In his spare time, David enjoys traveling, making jewelry, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and their dog. He remains dedicated to creating, inspiring, and entertaining while forging meaningful connections through his work.
